• All orders are shipped the same day they are received.

  Do not send emails requesting tracking for your order. We must receive that request with the order so it will match up automatically.
• All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
• All orders are shipped USPS 2-3 Priority Mail unless you elect not to during checkout.
  The charge for 2-3 day Priority Shipping is $3.85.
  If you elect not to have your order shipped via 2-3 day Priority Shipping then your shipping charge will be calculated by weight and sent first class.

  LOST MAIL
• If an order is lost in the mail you will be required to notify your post office of this and fill out the required form. After filling out that form please email a copy to us for verification. At that time we will replace your product. Allow 15 days to report lost mail.
